Social Worker

Stacy has a Bachelor of Social Work, from Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador and is currently completing her Master of Social Work at Sir Wilfrid Laurier University. She has 13 years of clinical experience with the past 5 years working with individuals struggling with mental health and addiction concerns.

Stacy has worked directly with children, youth, adults, couples, and families. She can provide support in areas including anxiety, depression, anger management, stress management, addictions, emotion regulation, grief, and loss. She practices from an anti-oppressive and gender inclusive approach, which includes evidence-based practices and therapeutic models. Her preferred methods of treatment include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative therapy

Stacy will be seeing children from the ages of 6 years and up as well as adults.
