We are pleased to offer Personal Training / Kinesiology sessions and programming.
We offer one on one sessions that include an evaluation of your goals both short term, and long term – as well as establishing some baseline measures such as strength and body composition.
Programs are designed to suit all ages and level of ability. We have experience training people with varying needs; from high level athletes to first time exercisers, from the young to the young at heart. All programs are specifically and individually designed to suit you – your needs and your goals.
Frequency, duration and intensity will vary depending on an individual clients needs. All programs are custom designed, case by case.
