Cathy Fudge, BSW, MSW, RSW is a registered social worker graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland. She has worked with mental health and addiction services for over 25 years providing counseling services for a variety of issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, psychosis, and many other psychiatric illnesses. Much of these skills were acquired working in mental health services providing therapy with individuals, couples, families, and groups. She has worked with all ages but now works primarily with adults over the age of 18.  She has specialized training in teaching skill development (DBT therapy) to assist those struggling with day-to-day issues and dysregulated emotions. She provided case management services for those experiencing complex issues. She is EMDR trained (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) a treatment for those impacted by traumatic experiences. She has training in the Single Session approach for Mental Health issues. She also is a certified trainer for ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training).
