Our Lactation Consultant can help with: latch difficulties, insufficient milk suppy, delayed onset of milk supply, nipple pain, persistent breast pain, engorgement, blocked ducts and many other issues.

Women’s nutritional requirements vary throughout different stages of the life cycle. Whether you are planning for pregnancy, are pregnant, post natal or breastfeeding, our Registered Dietitians can help ensure both you and your baby are meeting all your nutrient requirements.
Pre/Post Natal Massage:
Massage Therapy can help alleviate stress and muscle tension due to injury or due to the physical demands of becoming pregnant, as well as the various stages of pregnancy.
Physiotherapy:
Pregnancy related pain: Physiotherapists can help alleviate many of the aches and pains that can occur during pregnancy.
Plagiocephaly (Baby Flat Head): A physiotherapist can determine what the cause of your babies flathead is, and can give you exercises to help reverse the flattening, and/or stretch and strengthen your babies neck.
Acupuncture:
Acupuncture is a safe and effective way to help conceive and support a healthy pregnancy. It is effective in treating back pain, hip pain and sciatic pain. Studies also show that acupuncture can assist in vitro fertilization (IVF).
