About Kelsey Kent
Kelsey graduated from Dalhousie University in 2012 with her Masters in Physiotherapy after completing two Bachelor degrees from the University of Winnipeg majoring in Neuroscience and Exercise Science.
Since graduation, Kelsey has also completed various orthopaedic courses, proprioceptive taping, health care management, neural pain seminars and acupuncture licensing. Prior to working at Veitch Physiotherapy, Kelsey worked in the public sector.
Kelsey is also very active in sports including: scuba diving, running, snowboarding and many team sports. She has also been very involved in the soccer community as a player, coach and director of developmental camps for youth of all ages.
Kelsey works with a diverse clientele, which can range from individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents or injured on the job, to runners and athletes, as well as individuals suffering from both acute and chronic injuries and illness. Her approach to Physiotherapy tends to be hands on, with an emphasis on patient education and exercise prescription.
