Over the last 6 to 7 years Daniel has been actively practicing rehabilitative kinesiology, and personal training. During his training sessions with clients he focuses on integrating injury prevention with improving fitness levels.
Daniel has always been enthusiastic about exercise and nutrition. Over time he realized how much of an impact it can have on quality of life. He states “My goal is simply to make my clients feel as good as I do. To transfer my positive energy on to them. After helping so many people I know now that this was the right path for me since it is so rewarding bridging people into a healthier, happier life. It’s honestly not about counting reps, but making real changes to reach the goals you set for yourself”.
